Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of project planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery. The candidate will work closely with clients, management, designers, developers, QA/testers, and documentation teams to ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, quality standards, and resources.

Core Responsibilities:

- Own projects from initiation through successful delivery and closure.

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Design, Development, QA, and Documentation.

- Allocate resources and monitor team workload and progress.

- Manage project scope, requirements, dependencies, risks, and issues.

- Establish transparent communication between clients, management, and project teams.

- Conduct project meetings and track action items.

- Monitor project progress against milestones and delivery commitments.

- Identify delays and bottlenecks and take appropriate corrective action.

- Manage client expectations, feedback, and change requests.

- Coordinate testing,



UAT, implementation, and project handover.

- Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained.

- Prepare regular project status reports for management.

- Ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards.

- Conduct project closure and capture lessons learned for future projects.
