Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Regional Manager with 7–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, operations, and project management.

The candidate should have experience managing regional teams, clients, projects, business targets, and multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute non-IT projects from planning to completion.
- Manage regional business operations and achieve assigned targets.
- Develop and implement sales, marketing, and business-development strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue.
- Manage and motivate regional/project teams.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Handle customer issues and escalations.
- Prepare regular project, sales, and regional performance reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure projects and business activities meet quality and company standards.
- Support current project launches, regional expansion, and business initiatives.

Qualification

Experience
- 7–10 years of overall experience
- Previous experience as Regional Manager / Area Manager / Business Manager / Project Manager / Operations Manager.
- Experience in Real Estate, Healthcare, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Operations is preferred.
