Role Description This is a full-time, Project Manager Civil role based in Nagpur.

The Project Manager

Civil will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of civil and infrastructure works for integrated logistics parks, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders; monitoring site progress; managing schedules and resource allocation; and ensuring adherence to regulatory, ESG, and compliance requirements.



The role involves preparing and reviewing project documentation, cost estimates, and reports; leading site meetings; resolving technical and operational issues; and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

The Project Manager

Civil will also support continuous improvement in construction practices, sustainability features, and stakeholder communication across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure, with the ability to manage complex industrial and logistics park developments.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and risk management for multi-stakeholder construction projects.
- Experience in Construction Management, covering site supervision, quality control, safety compliance, and contractor oversight.
- Capability in Budgeting and cost control, including estimation, tracking, and optimization of project financials.
- 8+ years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, construction management) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of industrial and logistics infrastructure standards, sustainability practices, and local regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in office.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with developers, contractors, consultants, and government bodies.
