Project Lead – Karnataka

Location: Karnataka (Significant field travel required)

Organisation: NavSahyog Foundation (Section 8 Not-for-Profit)

Experience: 2–4 years in Project Management / Development Sector / Education

Languages Required: Fluent in Kannada and English (Read, Write, Speak)

Requirement: Two-wheeler ownership with a valid driving license

About the Role

NavSahyog Foundation is seeking a passionate Project Lead to drive the implementation, management, and expansion of our flagship financial literacy initiative, Dhan Kaushal. Dhan Kaushal is an activity-based, experiential learning programme designed to teach children and young people the fundamentals of earning, saving, responsible spending, and growing money through games and interactive sessions. Key Responsibilities

- Programme Management: Take end-to-end ownership of programme milestones, deliverables, and quality standards across assigned districts in Karnataka.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build the capacity of field implementation staff.
- Teacher Training: Oversee capacity-building sessions, ensuring educators master the Dhan Kaushal experiential curriculum.
- Government Engagement: Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Karnataka School Education Department,



local administration, and community leaders.
- Monitoring & Quality Control: Conduct regular field visits, analyze app-based programme data, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery standards.
- Budgeting & Operations: Monitor programme expenditures and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

What We Are Looking For

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–4 years managing field-based execution teams, preferably working with schools, rural communities, or government departments.
- Core Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong data-driven problem-solving, excellent documentation/report writing abilities, and outstanding facilitation skills.
- Mindset: Deep passion for grassroots impact, high accountability, and a willingness to travel extensively across rural Karnataka.
