Role Description The Project Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Visakhapatnam Rural mandal.

The Project

Head will oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring for chemical manufacturing facilities, including managing timelines, budgets, resources, and safety standards. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, production, quality, and procurement to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Head will regularly review progress, mitigate risks, resolve operational issues, and report key milestones and performance indicators to senior leadership.



The position also requires driving process improvements, ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance, and mentoring project team members to achieve high performance.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Experience in chemical or process industry operations, with understanding of manufacturing workflows and safety standards.
- Leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and drive accountability.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for resolving project and operational challenges.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory, environmental, and quality compliance relevant to chemical manufacturing.
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic business software (e.g., MS Office, project tracking applications).
- Ability to work in office in Visakhapatnam Rural mandal and adapt to a dynamic industrial environment.
