We're hiring a Project Head – Construction | Rohaan Bliss | Chennai

Rohaan Constructions is looking for an experienced Project Head to take complete ownership of the delivery of Rohaan Bliss, our 15-storey luxury residential tower in Vengaivasal, Chennai.

This is a high-ownership leadership role for an experienced construction professional who can manage the project from mobilisation through execution, commissioning and final handover.

What you'll own:→ Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Rohaan Bliss residential project

→ Own project schedule, cost, quality and safety

→ Build and lead the project team, consultants and contractors

→ Review drawings, specifications, buildability and value-engineering opportunities

→ Finalise construction schedules, cash flow and contract packages

→ Manage tendering, contractor pre-qualification, negotiations and contract awards

→ Direct execution across secant piling, basement, RCC superstructure, MEP, facade, finishes and rooftop pool

→ Track the baseline schedule, identify delays and drive recovery plans

→ Control project budgets, contractor bills, variations and change orders

→ Ensure quality standards, material approvals, testing and inspections are maintained

→ Enforce site safety and statutory compliance, including working at height, crane/hoist operations and fire safety

→ Coordinate with authorities, lenders and independent engineers for inspections, approvals and project monitoring

→ Lead commissioning, snag clearance, as-built documentation, defect liability and final handover

Who we're looking for:✔️ 12–18 years of experience in building construction

✔️ B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.E./M.Tech or PMP/equivalent is preferred

✔️ Must have delivered at least one 12+ floor residential or commercial tower with basement

✔️ Strong hands-on experience in piling/deep basements, RCC high-rise structures, MEP, fire systems and finishing





✔️ Strong understanding of contract management, tendering, cost control, billing and schedule recovery

✔️ Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and contractors

✔️ Experience with MS Project or Primavera is preferred

✔️ Luxury residential project experience is a strong advantage

✔️ Familiarity with CMDA, RERA, fire approvals and lender-monitoring processes is preferred

✔️ Solid stakeholder management and written reporting skills

✔️ Working knowledge of Tamil is preferred

About the Project:Rohaan Bliss is a 15-storey luxury residential development in Vengaivasal, Chennai, comprising 84 premium 3 & 4 BHK apartments. The project includes a secant-pile foundation, high-rise fire systems and a rooftop pool, with a construction value of over ₹90 Cr. Rohaan_Bliss_Project_Head_JD
