Hiring: Project Coordinator – Waterproofing

Experience: 3–8 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in waterproofing and civil construction projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, project planning, client and subcontractor coordination, and material management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise waterproofing application and site execution.
- Prepare work schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements.
- Handle client billing, RA bills, BOQ, JMR, and final bills.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain DPRs, progress reports, and site documentation.
- Monitor project quality, costs, timelines, and material consumption.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and quality procedures.
