Role Description The Project Coordinator role at V Vision 7 is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division.

The Project

Coordinator will support the planning, organization, and execution of architectural and engineering projects across residential, commercial, and other development segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, tracking milestones, preparing status reports, and ensuring timely communication between internal teams, external consultants, and clients. The role involves assisting with documentation, managing project files,



monitoring budgets and resource allocation, and following up on action items to keep projects on track.

The Project

Coordinator will also help identify risks, support quality checks, and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including experience with scheduling, task tracking, and reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients.
- Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records, including use of productivity tools and basic project management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to support quality control and risk mitigation in project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of architectural and construction workflows or prior experience in design, engineering, or real estate projects is an advantage.
- Capability to work on-site in the Pune Division, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
