Job Summary
This role is responsible for tracking the technology transfer of products and the various projects in coordination with internal teams.
Working Relationships
- Purchase - To check the material availability as per plan.
- QA/QC - To check the any quality requirements / queries related to various vendors. To confirm the releases of RM / PM / FG.
- Manufacturing - To confirm the manufacturing plan as per requirement.
- Packing - To confirm the packing plan as per requirement.
- RA - To take the inputs on various submission requirements, Artwork approvals.
- F&D; - To confirm the R&D; requirements for new projects.
- Marketing - To check the new requirements / orders.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks Projects / Tech Transfer -
- Handle Project management activity for development and launch of VSI products
- Achieving Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly sales target
- Preparation of business proposals, handling enquiries, price quotations, execution of term sheets and supply agreements
- Preparation of projects tracker and sharing weekly updates to management and all stake holders.
- Acting as single point of contact for new partners, and CFTs.
- PFI tracking and follow-ups
- Arranging the PRs required for recent projects (RM / PM)
Experience Manufacturing / packing along with the Tech Transfer activities. Exposure to the EU / Regulated markets is preferred
