We are looking for a design-oriented skilled with strong architectural and technical understanding to design smart building solutions for premium residential and commercial projects.

This is not a conventional architecture or interior design role. You will design intelligent spaces where technology, automation, aesthetics, lighting, acoustics, and user experience come together seamlessly. This is an in-office role focused on solution design, project planning, technical coordination, and client discussions during the design and proposal stages.

Role & responsibilities

- Study architectural and interior drawings to understand spaces and user requirements
- Design automation and architectural lighting solutions, including device layouts, control zoning, and scene planning.
- Prepare lighting layouts and fixture schedules
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and contractors.




- Present solutions to clients in clear, lifestyle-focused terms
- Support proposals with drawings, BOQs, and design documentation
- Hand over designs to the execution team and resolve design queries

Preferred candidate profile

- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Lighting Design, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture, lighting design, and project design for large-scale projects.
- Strong design sensibility and interest in technology-driven spaces
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; SketchUp, Revit, or DIALux is a plus
- Understanding of lighting principles; knowledge of KNX or DALI is an advantage
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
