About the Role

NS Ventures is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage the planning and coordination of real estate video shoots across India.

The role primarily involves pre-production planning and shoot coordination, including scheduling, location coordination, resource allocation, production requirements and communication with internal teams and external production partners. The coordinator will ensure that all shoot-related requirements are properly planned and aligned before the production team reaches the location.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in video production, media, content production or a similar industry, along with strong communication, coordination, planning and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the pre-production process for real estate video shoots, ensuring all requirements are planned and confirmed in advance.
- Plan and manage shoot schedules, locations, availability, resources and other production requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external production partners to ensure smooth execution of scheduled shoots.
- Identify and coordinate suitable production resources for shoots across different cities in India.
- Maintain shoot calendars, project trackers, production details and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure all necessary information and requirements are communicated to the concerned teams before the shoot.
- Follow up on schedules, confirmations and pending requirements to avoid last-minute delays.




- Track shoot completion and coordinate the handover of required footage/information to the relevant internal team.
- Provide regular updates on upcoming and completed shoots and highlight any potential scheduling or coordination issues.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in video production, media production, content production, production coordination or a similar industry is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good understanding of video shoot and pre-production workflows.
- Solid planning, coordination, follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shoots, schedules and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Comfortable coordinating with creative teams, production professionals and external vendors.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel and project tracking tools.
- Ability to coordinate with teams and production partners across different cities.
- Willingness to travel or coordinate shoots across India when required.
- Experience in real estate content or property video production will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
