Role Description The Project Coordinator – Architecture (Civil Projects) will support the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural and civil projects across residential, commercial, and other development sectors. In this full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, the Project Coordinator will assist in preparing project schedules, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, and tracking progress against timelines and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing project documentation and drawings, facilitating site visits and meetings, monitoring adherence to design specifications and quality standards, and reporting project status to senior team members.





The role also involves supporting procurement activities, assisting with regulatory and statutory documentation, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate architectural and civil projects, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of architectural and civil engineering concepts, building materials, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in basic project management tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CAD or architectural design software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, conduct regular site visits, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience (internship or qualified) in coordinating architectural or civil projects is preferred.
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes is beneficial.
