About the Role

IgnitedMinds Academy, a learning and knowledge solutions initiative of Mindlogicx is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and scale their UPSC and online learning initiatives. This is a managerial role, not a content creation role. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end program delivery, faculty coordination, student success, content operations, LMS execution, and academic quality. The candidate should be able to work across academic, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure successful program outcomes.

Experience with UPSC preparation programs will be a strong advantage.

Experience & Qualification

- Graduate degree is mandatory.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Education, EdTech, Competitive Exam Training, Academic Operations, or Program Management.
- Experience managing academic programs, faculty, content teams, or learner communities.
- Good understanding of UPSC Civil Services Examination ecosystem preferred.
- UPSC Mains/Interview experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities





Program Management

- Own end-to-end planning and execution of UPSC and online learning programs.
- Track program timelines, milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with Content, Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Faculty teams.
- Ensure smooth launch and delivery of courses.

Academic Operations

- Drive curriculum planning, content production, review, and release schedules.
- Monitor quality and relevance of academic content.
- Ensure courses remain aligned to UPSC trends and learner needs.
- Establish processes and quality standards across programs.

Faculty & Subject Matter Expert Management

- Identify, onboard, and manage faculty members and subject experts.
- Track lecture delivery, recordings, content submissions, and academic schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of teaching and content commitments.
- Conduct periodic faculty reviews.

Student Enrolment & Admissions

- Drive student enrolment growth across UPSC and online learning programs.
- Conduct counselling sessions and academic guidance for prospective learners.
- Support the admissions team in converting qualified leads into enrolments.

Student Success & Mentoring

- Monitor learner engagement and performance.
- Conduct mentoring and guidance sessions for students.
- Support learners with study plans, preparation strategies, and performance improvement.
- Review assessment outcomes and recommend corrective actions.

Digital Learning & LMS Management

- Manage course deployment on LMS platforms.
- Ensure lectures, assessments, and learning resources are properly structured and published.
- Work with technology teams to improve learner experience and analytics.
