We are looking for a Program Success Manager to build strong customer relationships and ensure successful onboarding, training, product adoption, satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer onboarding, training and ongoing support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide product training and support throughout the customer journey.
- Address and resolve client queries and issues promptly.
- Monitor customer accounts and identify areas for improvement.
- Track customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports and dashboards using customer data.
- Manage CRM systems and other customer success tools.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive actions to improve experience.
- Regularly travel to client locations within the assigned region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, Client Relationship Management, Education or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client locations.
