Chief of Staff (to CEO / C-Suite)

Driving strategic initiatives, navigating organizational dynamics, executive communications.

Requires strong interpersonal skills to influence without direct authority across divisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects or programs from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements, business objectives, and priorities.




- Translate business requirements into clear project plans, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Development, Testing, Infrastructure, Operations, and Support teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, dependencies, and delivery plans.
- Conduct regular project governance meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
