About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager – Cloud Marketplaces & Partner Programs who can take ownership of multiple client programs and ensure they move from planning → execution → completion → business outcomes.

This is a highly execution-oriented role. You will work directly with clients, cloud partner teams, internal technical/content/marketing resources, and leadership to manage programs across cloud marketplaces and partner ecosystems.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially aware, comfortable working with technology companies, and able to manage multiple moving parts without losing ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Program & Client Management

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple client programs.

Build project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

Conduct regular client calls and provide clear status updates.

Maintain action items, follow-ups, risks, and escalation points.

Ensure projects stay on schedule and within agreed scope.

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and become the primary program point of contact.

- Cloud Marketplace Programs

Manage programs related to AWS Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, and other technology marketplaces.

Coordinate marketplace listing requirements, submissions, validations, updates, and approvals.

Track client progress across programs such as AWS FTR, Service Ready, Competencies, ISV Accelerate, WAPP, co-sell, ACE,



private offers, and similar partner initiatives.

Coordinate with client technical teams to collect required documentation, architecture information, case studies, certifications, and technical evidence.

Track partner requirements and ensure timely completion.

- GTM & Marketing Program Execution

Coordinate marketplace campaigns, launch activities, content, case studies, webinars, lead-generation initiatives, and partner marketing programs.

Work with internal teams across content, marketing, SDR, design, and technical resources.

Translate client objectives into clear execution plans.

Track campaign and program performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Cross-functional Coordination

Coordinate between clients, AWS/GCP/other cloud partner teams, internal delivery teams, and leadership.

Assign and track tasks across multiple team members.

Identify blockers early and drive them to resolution.

Ensure everyone involved understands responsibilities, deadlines, and expected outcomes.

- Reporting & Process Management

Maintain program dashboards, trackers, project documentation, and weekly status reports.

Track KPIs, deliverables, milestones, and commercial outcomes.

Create management reports highlighting progress, risks, delays, and next steps.

Continuously improve internal processes and templates to make program delivery more scalable.

What We’re Looking For

3–7 years of experience in program management, project management, client success, partner management, consulting, cloud, SaaS, or technology services.

Strong experience managing multiple projects or client accounts simultaneously.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.





Comfortable working with senior client stakeholders.

Ability to understand technology concepts and work with technical teams, even without being a hands-on engineer.

Strong ownership mentality — you don’t wait for someone else to solve a problem.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, project trackers, and documentation.
