We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join our team and support learners throughout their training journey. The role involves communicating with learners, handling enquiries and follow-ups, coordinating with trainers, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily training activities.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, approachable,



and confident in communication, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain good coordination between learners and trainers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage learner communication and enquiries.
- Conduct regular lead follow-ups.
- Assist with admissions and registrations.
- Coordinate classes, trainers, and schedules.
- Maintain learner data and prepare reports.

Requirements

- Any degree preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Tamil/Malayalam preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and learner queries.
- Positive coordination and organizational skills.

Candidates from Kanyakumari district are preferred.
