About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are maintained.

Freshers with a relevant educational background and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates with production or manufacturing experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled time.
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow.
- Allocate tasks to production workers and monitor their performance.
- Maintain production schedules and daily production records.
- Ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Identify production issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of raw materials and equipment.
- Ensure machines and equipment are used safely and properly.
- Follow and enforce workplace safety and production procedures.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, stores, and other departments.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce wastage.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.
- Good team management and leadership skills.




- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
- Good attention to detail and a responsible attitude.

Eligibility
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in production, manufacturing, or factory operations can also apply.
- Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Nashik.

Experience
- Fresher: 0–1 year
- Experienced: 1–3 years in Production / Manufacturing / Factory Operations
