PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Location: Chinchwad, Pune

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Production Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in sheet metal and fabrication to supervise shop-floor operations, manage manpower, and ensure timely achievement of production targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise day-to-day production and shop-floor activities.
- Allocate and manage manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor production schedules, targets, and timelines.
- Oversee sheet metal, fabrication, welding, and bending processes.
- Read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, and other departments to resolve production issues.
- Monitor process quality, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain daily production reports and records.
- Ensure proper shop-floor discipline and efficient utilization of manpower and resources.





REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Production, Sheet Metal, or Fabrication.
- Hands-on knowledge of fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing processes.
- Strong manpower handling and team coordination skills.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and shop-floor management skills.
- Open to travel as required.
