Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the daily production plan and allocate work to shop-floor teams.
- Set job priorities according to drawings, BOM, customer commitments and dispatch dates.
- Supervise fabrication, welding, fitting and machine-assembly activities.
- Monitor manpower productivity, attendance, discipline and utilization.
- Identify production delays and take corrective action quickly.

- Coordinate with QC for inspection points and defect / rework closure.

idle time and avoidable production loss.
- Track machine-wise daily progress and report status to management.
- Ensure tools, machines and resources are used properly and safely.
- Maintain shop-floor housekeeping and basic safety discipline.
- Monitor overtime requirements and use overtime only where operationally justified.
- Maintain daily production records and pending-work status.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
