We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, supervise workers, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain quality and discipline on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and manpower on the shop floor.
- Allocate work to workers/operators and monitor their performance.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor printing, corrugation, lamination, pasting, cutting, punching and packaging activities.
- Ensure product quality and minimize wastage/rejection.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Store, Maintenance and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain production records, reports and machine-wise production data.
- Ensure proper use and handling of machines, materials and tools.
- Follow company safety, housekeeping and work discipline standards.




- Identify production issues and coordinate with seniors for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper shift handover and smooth workflow.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Printing, Packaging, Corrugated Box or related manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of shop-floor production and manpower handling.
- Ability to manage operators and workers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of production reporting and computer applications.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
