Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day injection moulding production activities.

- Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.

- Monitor production targets, machine utilization, cycle times, and output.

- Ensure injection moulding machines are operated according to approved process parameters.

- Coordinate machine setting, mould changeover, and production start-up activities.

- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.

- Identify production issues, defects, and machine problems and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for corrective action.

- Minimize rejection, material wastage, downtime, and production losses.

- Ensure proper handling and availability of raw materials, moulds, and production tools.

- Maintain production reports, rejection reports, downtime records, and shift handover reports.





- Train and guide machine operators on production processes, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

- Ensure proper implementation of 5S, safety, SOPs, and quality standards on the shop floor.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments for smooth production.

- Monitor housekeeping and ensure a safe and clean working setting.

- Conduct shift-wise production reviews and report issues to the Production Manager.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and machine efficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
