JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of the Sealing Unit, ensuring production targets, product quality, safety, and efficient utilization of manpower and materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise daily Sealing Unit production targets and shift allocations
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth shop-floor operations
- Maintain product quality and minimize production wastage
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Track material movement and maintain daily production records
- Make daily production entries and updates in SAP
- Guide, supervise, and manage shop-floor operators




- Coordinate manpower deployment across shifts
- Support continuous improvement and efficient production practices

REQUIREMENTS

✅ 1–3 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing

✅ Experience in shop-floor supervision preferred

✅ Valuable knowledge of production operations and manpower handling

✅ Basic understanding of quality, safety, 5S and production reporting

✅ SAP knowledge will be an advantage

✅ Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotational schedule
