Job Title: Production Operator Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator Intern to support our manufacturing and assembly operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, quality control, and production processes in a medical device manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production area.
- Assist in assembling products and electronic components according to specifications.
- Support PCB soldering, wiring, and basic assembly work.
- Assist in operating and maintaining production machinery and equipment.
- Inspect products and report defects or issues to the supervisor.
- Assist in packaging and preparing finished products for shipment.
- Follow production guidelines and quality standards.
- Help maintain production and quality records as per ISO 13485 documentation requirements.
- Report equipment issues or process deviations to the supervisor.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the production team.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in Electronics (or currently pursuing).
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly.
- Basic soldering skills.
- Willingness to learn manufacturing and quality processes.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word / Google Docs).
- Positive teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
