About the Role

Sunrise CSP India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager (Mechanical) to lead and manage manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, process optimization, quality control, team coordination, safety, and timely achievement of production targets.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of mechanical manufacturing along with excellent communication and team-management skills. Strong proficiency in both Hindi and English is mandatory for effective coordination with production teams, management, vendors, and cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
- Lead the production team and ensure production targets are achieved within planned timelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production standards.
- Supervise fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, and testing activities.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce production costs.
- Monitor manpower, material, machine, and production resources effectively.
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections.
- Identify production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate closely with Design, Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, and Project teams.
- Review production progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
- Maintain SOPs, inspection records,



production documentation, and quality records.
- Support and implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T; requirements during production and inspection.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of measuring and inspection instruments.
- Support dimensional inspection using measurement instruments, 3D scanning, and photogrammetry where applicable.
- Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance and training to production personnel.
- Ensure workplace discipline, safety practices, and effective communication across the production floor.

Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.
- Additional certifications in CAD/CAM, Quality Management, Metrology, or Photogrammetry will be an advantage.

Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Production, Manufacturing, or Heavy Engineering.
- Experience in production supervision/management and quality control.
- Hands-on experience in fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly.
- Experience in production planning, manpower management, and process improvement.
- Experience with photogrammetry, 3D scanning, or dimensional inspection will be preferred.

- Fluent communication in both Hindi and English is required.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with workers, supervisors, engineers, management, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
