Experience : 37 Years

Qualification : Masters in Pharmacy / Food Technology / Relevant Field

Salary : 50,000–60,000 per month

Preferred Industry : Pharma / Nutraceutical / Food Manufacturing

Role Overview:

The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day production operations, ensuring process standardisation, adherence to approved BMRs, productive manpower and equipment utilisation, and smooth execution of manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily production planning, batch scheduling & manpower allocation
- Ensure production as per approved BMRs and standard processes
- Monitor mixing, sieving, blending, filling & packing parameters
- Track batch yield, reconciliation, equipment utilisation & downtime
- Ensure proper cleaning, changeover & shift handover
- Train operators and ensure process compliance




- Identify and report production deviations
- Coordinate with QA and other departments for smooth production
