We are looking for a skilled Production Incharge to oversee our production operations in Bhuna. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in production supervision, manpower handling, and production planning.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement effective production plans to meet targets.
- Manage and handle manpower effectively to optimize productivity.
- Oversee factory operations, including maintenance and repair of CNC and hydraulic machines.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain high-quality standards.

Job Requirements :

- Proven experience in production supervision, manpower handling, and production planning.
- Strong knowledge of factory operations, including CNC and hydraulic machines.
- Familiarity with tooling knowledge and sheet metal industry practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and make quick decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in the sheet metal industry is an added advantage.
