Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the point of contact for clients on event delivery, managing relationships and ensuring expectations are met at a departmental level.
- Oversee end-to-end event production, including venue selection, vendor partnerships, budgets, logistics, and on-site operations.
- Develop and implement departmental processes and standards to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate high-level contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure optimal terms and cost efficiencies.
- Monitor industry trends, identify new opportunities, and recommend innovations to strengthen the company’s competitive position.

What We Expect from You:

- Significant experience in event production and operations, preferably in the corporate events space.
- Solid leadership and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation,



and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic in problem-solving with a focus on operational excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, for budgeting, reporting, and process management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
