About TRUEKYSSTRUEKYSS is a growing beauty and personal-care brand focused on developing innovative, thoughtfully designed products that combine functionality, aesthetics and a premium customer experience.
We are looking for a creative Product & Packaging Design Intern who can help us conceptualize new products, develop distinctive packaging and turn ideas into designs that are ready for manufacturers and customers.
What You’ll DoYou will work directly with the founders on new and existing TRUEKYSS products.
Your responsibilities will include
- Create packaging concepts for new beauty, personal-care and lifestyle products.
- Design product boxes, labels, pouches, inserts, stickers and other packaging materials.
- Develop packaging artwork based on existing brand guidelines.
- Create dieline-ready packaging designs for manufacturers and printers.
- Work on product concepts, shapes, colours, finishes and visual details.
- Create product mockups and realistic presentation renders.
- Help develop innovative packaging ideas that make products stand out online and on retail shelves.
- Research global packaging, beauty and consumer-product design trends.
- Study competitor products and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Prepare design files with correct dimensions, bleed, margins and print specifications.
- Coordinate design revisions based on manufacturer feedback.
- Develop colour, material and finishing recommendations such as holographic, matte, gloss, foil, embossing and spot UV.
- Create simple product illustrations, icons and instructional graphics.
- Help maintain consistency across TRUEKYSS products and packaging.
- Assist with Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, website and social-media product visuals when required.
Who We’re Looking ForYou may be a valuable fit if you:
- Have a strong eye for product aesthetics and packaging.
- Understand typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Can translate rough ideas or references into original design concepts.
- Are comfortable taking feedback and making multiple design iterations.
- Pay close attention to measurements, alignment and production details.
- Are interested in beauty, personal care, consumer products or D2C brands.
- Can think creatively rather than simply copying existing packaging.
Students and fresh graduates from Graphic Design, Communication Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, Fashion Communication or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Software SkillsExperience with some of the following is preferred:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Figma
- Canva
- Adobe Dimension
- Blender
- KeyShot
- Rhino / SolidWorks / Fusion 360
- AI-assisted design tools
You do not need to know every software listed above. Bonus SkillsIt would be an advantage if you have experience with:
- Packaging dielines
- Print production
- 3D product modelling
- Product rendering
- Industrial/product design
- FMCG or beauty packaging
- E-commerce product imagery
- Product photography
- AI image-generation tools
