Position: Product Manager – Private Wealth

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to drive the development, management and growth of Systematix Private Wealth's investment product suite. The individual will work closely with Relationship Management, Investment Advisory, Research, Operations, Compliance and senior management to identify opportunities and deliver relevant investment solutions for HNI/UHNI clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product identification, evaluation and due diligence to launch, distribution and ongoing monitoring.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across PMS, AIFs, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Structured Products, Fixed Income and Alternative Investments.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and strengthen existing offerings.
- Develop product propositions, product notes, pitch material and sales enablement tools.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Track AUM, inflows, revenue, profitability,



product performance and client adoption.
- Conduct product training and knowledge sessions for Relationship Managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Investment, Research, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations teams for product onboarding and governance.
- Gather client/RM feedback and recommend product enhancements or recent offerings.
- Stay updated on wealth management, capital markets and investment product trends.

Key Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management or Investment Products.
- Strong understanding of PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Structured Products and Alternative Investments.
- Experience in product evaluation, due diligence and lifecycle management.
- Good understanding of capital markets and investment concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HNI/UHNI clients or Private Wealth will be preferred.
- MBA/PGDM (Finance), CFA, CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
