Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager cum Training Manager who can coordinate software product development while also managing day-to-day academy and training operations. The role requires strong planning, communication, coordination, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

- Understand and coordinate the development of ERP, CRM, websites, and software products.
- Plan projects, divide tasks among developers, and monitor work progress.
- Conduct regular discussions with the development team and collect feedback on project requirements and challenges.
- Track deadlines, priorities, and product improvements.
- Manage and guide development interns and monitor their assigned tasks.

Training & Academy Management

- Coordinate academy operations, batch schedules, classes, and training activities.
- Monitor trainer performance, class quality, attendance, and schedules.




- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth course delivery.
- Collect feedback from students and trainers and share improvement points with management.
- Maintain regular reports related to product development and academy operations.

Required Skills
- Robust planning, coordination, communication, and team-management skills.
- Basic understanding of software/product development processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and project-management tools.

Job Details Experience: 1.5 – 2 Years

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month
