Role Overview:

Own and drive the complete drone product lifecycle from R&D; and prototype to productization, production, and mass-scale manufacturing. The role will coordinate cross-functional teams, remove bottlenecks, and ensure products are delivered on time, within the target timeline and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own the end-to-end product roadmap from concept to mass production.

● Streamline requirements into clear product needs, specifications, and milestones.

● Coordinate Engineering, R&D;, Testing, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Compliance teams.

● Track product development from R&D; → Prototype → Testing → Design Freeze → Productization → Pilot Production → Mass Production.

● Identify technical, operational, procurement, and process bottlenecks and drive them to closure.

● Ensure timely decisions, approvals, dependencies, and cross-functional actions.

● Track product performance, reliability, cost, quality, schedule, and production KPIs.

● Drive product improvements based on testing, production, and customer feedback.

● Maintain product roadmap,



requirements, risks, action items, and product development status.

Required Experience & Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field/Master’s in a relevant field.

● Experience in drone/UAV, aerospace, defence, robotics, automotive, electronics, or other hardware products.

● Strong understanding of hardware product development and manufacturing.

● Experience taking products from prototype to production.

● Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to identify bottlenecks and drive teams toward quick resolution.

● Strong communication, ownership, execution, and decision-making skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting.

Preferred:

● UAV/drone product development experience.

● Experience with mechanical, electronics, embedded, propulsion, payload, or avionics systems.

● Experience in NPI, DFM/DFA, production scale-up, testing, quality, or product certification.
