About The Company
Live Your Best Life (LYBL) is a science-first health-tech company redefining how chronic health conditions are managed—by addressing root causes, not just symptoms. We blend time-tested Ayurvedic wisdom with clinical research and AI-powered personalization to build care journeys that evolve with each individual. Our multidisciplinary team of MDs, pharmacologists, Ayurvedic physicians, yoga therapists, and researchers works together to modernize classical botanical science through advanced formulations and a seamless digital care experience.
If you're driven by purpose, curious about the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern science, and want to build something that genuinely transforms lives, LYBL offers the platform, the people, and the mission to help you do your best work.
About The Role
We are looking for a Product Management Intern who is curious, analytical, highly driven, and excited to build products that can have a meaningful impact on people's health.
You will work closely with the Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to identify user problems, define product opportunities, and help take products and features from idea to execution.
This role is suited for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the complete product lifecycle in a rapid-growing health-tech environment.
You will not just observe product managers, you will be expected to own problems, conduct research, work with data, write product specifications, coordinate execution, and measure outcomes.
What You Will Do
Understand user needs and pain points across LYBL’s digital care journey through user research, feedback, and data,
and identify opportunities to improve the product experience.
Translate user, clinical, and business needs into clear product requirements, user flows, PRDs, and feature specifications.
Partner with Design and Engineering to build, test, and launch product features, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and executed.
Track product performance through key metrics, user journeys, and funnels, and use insights to identify areas for improvement.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Research, Operations, and Business teams to drive priority initiatives from problem definition through execution and iteration.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a strong undergraduate or postgraduate program in Engineering, Management, Business, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated ownership through internships, entrepreneurial projects, hackathons, case competitions, or other initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Curious about consumer behavior, technology, healthcare, and product design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, presentations, and structured problem-solving.
Strong attention to detail and ability to break ambiguous problems into actionable pieces.
Genuine interest in how technology can make personalized healthcare more accessible and effective.
Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without needing constant supervision.
You Might Be a Outstanding Fit If
You naturally notice friction in apps / web journeys and start thinking about how you would improve the experience.
You enjoy talking to users, digging into data, and figuring out what problem is actually worth solving.
You are comfortable moving between a user interview, a spreadsheet, a product document, and a conversation with an engineer.
Most importantly, you want to learn how products are built when the problem is meaningful and the stakes are real.
Why LYBL?
Work on a live healthcare product used to deliver personalized, specialist-led care.
Get exposure to the intersection of healthcare, Ayurveda, clinical science, technology, and AI-powered personalization.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams spanning product, technology, medicine, research, and operations.
Take ownership of real product problems rather than working only on support tasks.
Learn the full product lifecycle—from problem discovery and research to product definition, development, launch, and iteration.
Receive mentorship and direct exposure to experienced product leaders.
Strong performers may be considered for a full-time role at the end of the internship.
Note: This is a paid internship.Skills: research,healthcare,technology,data,management,operations
