Role Overview The Business Analyst will act as the techno-functional bridge between Business, Product and Technology teams across 360tf products.

The role will be responsible for understanding business requirements, identifying the right solution, translating requirements for Technology, coordinating stakeholders and driving assigned projects through development, testing, implementation and closure within agreed timelines.

- Understand business and customer requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements, user stories and process flows.
- Work closely with Business, Product and Technology teams to identify practical, scalable and commercially relevant solutions.
- Drive assigned projects and enhancements from requirement gathering through development, testing, implementation and closure.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, track timelines, actions, risks and dependencies, and ensure timely closure.
- Prioritise requirements and assess the impact of changes on scope, timelines, processes and technology.
- Maintain clear traceability of requirements from definition through development, testing and implementation.
- Support testing and UAT to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements.
- Stay updated on market developments, fintech trends, competitor and peer offerings, and emerging technologies to recommend relevant product and process improvements.
- Analyse existing products and processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and a better customer experience.
- Use data,



user feedback and relevant KPIs to assess solution effectiveness and identify further improvements.
- Build strong functional understanding across the 360tf product suite and maintain clear project and requirement documentation.

Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Techno-Functional Analyst or similar role, preferably in Fintech, Banking, Payments or Trade Finance.
- Strong understanding of business analysis, requirement gathering, user stories, process flows and UAT.
- Positive understanding of technology and ability to work effectively with development teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and solutioning skills.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good awareness of fintech, banking and technology market developments.
- Excellent communication skills and strong ownership to drive initiatives through to closure.
