What would you do?

- Responsible for converting approved Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO) and executing Spot Buy transactions. Ensures compliance with procurement policies, accurate data entry, and timely processing to support business needs. What are we looking for?
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.




- Experience: 02-04 years in procurement or transactional operations.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Procurement ERP tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Roles and Responsibilities:

- PR-to-PO Conversion:
- Validate PR details for completeness and compliance.
- Perform quality checks on vendor, pricing, and quantity.
- Create PO in ERP systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba) and ensure correct workflow routing.
- Send PO to suppliers and follow up for acknowledgment.
- Spot Buy Execution:
- Handle urgent or non-standard purchase requests.
- Source suppliers for spot buy requirements and ensure compliance with sourcing guidelines.
- Create and process Spot Buy POs in Procurement ERP.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Adhere to SOX and operational controls.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and approvals.
- Support audits and provide required documentation.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Communicate with requesters, suppliers, and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Escalate exceptions promptly.
