What would you do?
- Leads a team of associates handling PR-to-PO conversion and Spot Buy processes. Ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery of procurement services. Drives process improvements and stakeholder engagement. What are we looking for?
- Bachelors degree; MBA preferred.
- 4-6 years in procurement operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in ERP systems and Spot Buy tools.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise daily operations of PR-to-PO and Spot Buy processes.
- Allocate workload and monitor SLA adherence.
- Coach and mentor team members.
- Process Oversight:
- Validate complex PRs and approve exceptions.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and SOX controls.
- Monitor PO acknowledgment and supplier confirmations.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as escalation point for requesters and suppliers.
- Collaborate with sourcing teams for Spot Buy negotiations.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare performance dashboards and KPI reports.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive automation and digital adoption (Ariba Spot Buy, Coupa workflows).
