About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Product In-Charge – Procurement to manage product sourcing, vendor development, procurement, costing and product coordination for Arsomaa's home appliance business.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying the right products and suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring product quality and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely availability of products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end product procurement and sourcing for home appliances and consumer durable products.
- Identify, evaluate and develop OEM/ODM manufacturers, suppliers and vendors in India and overseas markets.
- Conduct market research to identify new products, market trends, customer requirements and competitive pricing.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor/supplier network.
- Negotiate product pricing, MOQ, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial terms.
- Prepare and evaluate product costing, landed cost and margin calculations.
- Coordinate with vendors for product samples, specifications, packaging, labelling and product development.
- Ensure procurement is aligned with sales forecasts, inventory requirements and business plans.
- Coordinate with Quality, Sales, Service, Finance and Logistics teams for smooth product launch and supply.
- Monitor vendor performance regarding quality, cost, delivery and service.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products/materials.
- Work on cost reduction,



alternate sourcing and supplier development initiatives.
- Maintain proper procurement documentation, vendor records and product databases.
- Support management in product selection, new product launches and portfolio expansion.
- Ensure products meet applicable quality, regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Regularly review competitor products, pricing and market positioning.

QualificationMBA/PGDM in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred. Graduate with relevant procurement/product experience may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, electrical products or consumer durables preferred.
- Strong exposure to vendor development and product sourcing.
- Candidates having an established supplier network in NCR/Delhi/NCR manufacturing and trading markets will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable with vendor visits, negotiations and market visits.
- Strong commercial understanding with a focus on quality, cost and timely delivery.
