Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement Sales Manager with 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, procurement solutions, supply chain management, or sourcing services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and promoting procurement solutions to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop key client accounts independently.
- Handle B2B clients and understand their sourcing/procurement requirements.
- Drive indirect and domestic sourcing activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, negotiation, and delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end sales and sourcing cycle.
- Build and maintain robust client and vendor relationships.
- Track sales, sourcing activities, targets, and client requirements.




- Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate account records.
- Coordinate with internal teams including procurement, operations, logistics, and finance.

Key Requirements

- Minimumm 5 years of overall relevant experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in KAM / Sourcing / B2B Sales.
- Strong key client and customer handling experience.
- Hands-on experience in Indirect & Domestic Sourcing.
- Experience with MRO / Industrial Consumables / Maintenance-related products is preferred.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MIS reporting.
