Job Title: HVAC Procurement Executive / Purchase Executive

Experience: 1-4 Years in HVAC / MEP Procurement

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Procurement Executive with experience in HVAC / MEP material sourcing, vendor management and cost negotiation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and procurement of HVAC materials - Copper pipe, Insulation, Ducting, Chillers, VRF/VRV units, AHU, FCU, Electrical items, etc.
2. Vendor identification, development, evaluation and negotiation for best price & quality.
3. Floating enquiries, preparing comparison statements (CS) and getting approvals.
4. Issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and follow-up for timely delivery to sites.
5. Coordinating with Site Engineers, Project Coordinators and Store team for material requirement planning.
6. Maintaining purchase records, bills, and vendor database.
7.



Cost control and budget management for project procurement.
8. Ensuring quality compliance as per project specifications.
9. Handling logistics and transportation for material delivery.
10. Resolving issues related to short supply, damage, or replacement.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of HVAC materials and MEP industry
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of Tally / Excel / ERP
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple sites procurement
