Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Trainer located in Hubli, The Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, delivering new hire training, and developing training materials.

- We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Dental Claims Trainer to lead the end-to-end training and capability development of our medical billing team transitioning into US Dental RCM. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in US Dental billing, coding, and claims processing, responsible for creating training modules, delivering classroom and hands-on training, and ensuring operational readiness for current and existing projects. Skills in Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training, Strong Presentation Skills and Communication abilities

Required Qualifications & Experience





- Overall 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US Dental Claims Billing, Coding, or A/R Follow-up.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Process Trainer in a US Healthcare RCM environment.
- Certified Dental Coder (CDC) or AAPC/AHIMA credentials. (Will be added advantage)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent practical experience considered).

Key Knowledge & Technical Skills

- Core Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the US Dental Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflow from Eligibility & Verification to Claim Submission, Payment Posting, and A/R Follow-up.
- System Knowledge: Familiarity with major practice management and clearinghouse software (e.g., Dentrix, Cigna, Eagle soft, Open Dental, Change Healthcare, Availity, eBridge, etc.)
- Instructional Delivery: Strong presentation, facilitation, and virtual/in-person training skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to break down complex healthcare billing rules into easy-to-understand concepts for freshers.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct post-training assessments, quizzes, and live claim simulations to evaluate learner competency before production rollout.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) audits on initial live claim batches generated by trainees, providing constructive feedback and targeted retraining.
- Partner with Quality and Operations leads to identify recurring errors, process gaps, and training needs across existing teams.
