Role Purpose:

- Conduct monthly/quarterly process audits across hospitals and departmental functions to assess adherence to approved SOPs, policies, workflows, and operational standards.
- Evaluate end-to-end hospital processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, control weaknesses, and deviations from defined standards.
- Perform root-cause analysis of process deviations and recurring issues and recommend practical corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare structured audit reports highlighting observations, risks, impact, root causes, recommendations, and agreed action plans.




- Monitor corrective action implementation and conduct follow-up audits to verify closure and sustainability of improvements.
- Partner with hospital and functional teams to standardize processes, improve compliance, reduce variation, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, digitization, cost optimization, and elimination of non-value-added activities.
- Develop and track process audit dashboards and management reports, highlighting recurring gaps, improvement trends, and opportunities for group-wide standardization.Role & responsibilities
