Role Description The Private Investor role at AutoInvoiced is a full-time remote position focused on providing capital and strategic guidance to support the company’s growth. Day-to-day activities include evaluating AutoInvoiced’s financial performance and projections, reviewing product roadmap and market expansion plans, and collaborating with leadership on long-term investment strategies.

Investor will participate in regular meetings with founders and key stakeholders, assess key metrics and risks, and offer input on fundraising, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives.



This role also involves monitoring industry trends in SaaS, fintech, and e-commerce, and helping ensure that capital deployment aligns with sustainable growth and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong financial analysis and investment evaluation skills, including the ability to assess SaaS business models, revenue metrics, and capital needs.
- Experience with private investments, venture capital, angel investing, or growth equity in technology, SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
- Background in strategic planning, business development, or corporate finance, with the ability to advise on market positioning and scaling strategies.
- Understanding of financial operations, billing workflows, or compliance in digital commerce and subscription-based businesses.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with founders and executive teams remotely.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and the ability to work independently while maintaining regular engagement with the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is beneficial but not required.
- Demonstrated track record of successful investments or advisory roles in early-stage or growth-stage companies is highly valuable.
