, we are executing massive, high-velocity EV charging corridors across Eastern India. With major infrastructure mandates actively moving through apex state government channels and Tier-1 institutional partners, we are expanding our executive leadership team.

We are seeking a highly polished, technically uncompromising Principal Technical Architect (EV Mobility)

to operate out of our Corporate Office in Bhubaneswar.

This is not a back-office engineering role. You will be the absolute technical authority of ZeroPlug. You will bridge the gap between complex power electronics and executive boardrooms—sitting across from IAS officers, DISCOM executives, and Corporate Directors to flawlessly present, defend, and execute our grid architectures.

THE MANDATE:

- Executive Representation: Serve as the chief technical voice in high-stakes B2G and B2B meetings. You must be capable of translating complex high-voltage architectures, grid load analyses, and OCPP telemetry into compelling, zero-jargon presentations for government officials and stakeholders.

- Architectural Supremacy: Lead the end-to-end technical design, site load feasibility, and SLD blueprinting for 30kW to 360kW DC Quick Charging hubs and multi-modal microgrids.

- Grid & Regulatory Mastery: Command the load sanction, CEIG, CEA, and DISCOM (TPCODL) compliance and synchronization processes.

- Technology Integration:



Evaluate and integrate Tier-1 global hardware (Siemens, Exicom, Kempower) and guide the R&D; for our indigenous Odisha Heritage manufacturing pipeline.

THE ARSENAL (What you bring):

- Technical Depth: B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical or Power Electronics Engineering with a proven, hands-on track record in EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment) deployment and high-voltage grid integration.

- Boardroom Polish: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must project Fortune-500 confidence when answering high-level technical queries from institutional clients.

- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep fluency in OCPP 1.6J/2.0.1 protocols, CCS2 hardware, dynamic load balancing, and HT/LT electrical safety standards.

- Extreme Ownership: A ruthless drive to execute, solve problems in real-time, and take absolute accountability for the network's technical integrity.

LOCATION: Corporate Office, Bhubaneswar, Odisha (with regional travel).

COMPENSATION:

Tier-1 Corporate Package + Performance Scaling.
