Role Description The Principal Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from initial client consultations and concept development to final execution and handover. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur involves overseeing space planning, directing the creation of design presentations, and coordinating detailed construction drawings with architects and contractors.

The Principal Interior

Designer will select and curate FF&E;, manage material and finish specifications, and ensure designs align with project budgets and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising junior designers, reviewing design documentation, conducting site visits, resolving on-site design challenges,



and maintaining high-quality standards. The role also requires building solid client relationships, presenting design proposals clearly, and ensuring that each project reflects the studio’s signature aesthetic and functional excellence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to develop cohesive, functional layouts and design concepts.

- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to coordinate with project teams and translate concepts into precise technical documentation.

- Candidates should possess skills in FF&E; to thoughtfully select furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes that support the design vision and project requirements.

- Professional degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Several years of experience leading interior design projects, ideally in residential or boutique commercial settings.

- Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.

- Strong project management abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with vendors and contractors.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with an ability to guide and influence design decisions.

- Attention to detail, a strong design portfolio, and the ability to mentor and lead a design team.
