We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and trustworthy individual to support the daily care, upkeep, and operation of office and residential premises in Srinagar.

The role includes general caretaking, coordinating routine maintenance, monitoring property requirements, and assisting staff and management to keep the premises protected, secure, organised, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day upkeep of office and residential premises.
- Identify maintenance needs and coordinate minor repairs and routine servicing.
- Monitor utilities, equipment, supplies, and other property requirements.
- Assist with daily operational tasks and property-related requests.
- Handle opening and closing duties when assigned.
- Help maintain a clean, orderly, and presentable environment.
- Report maintenance issues, security concerns, and other matters promptly.
- Provide support during extended hours or scheduled night duties when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Honest, punctual,



disciplined, and dependable.
- A responsible approach to caring for property and carrying out assigned duties.
- Ability to manage routine caretaking tasks independently.
- Willingness to assist with varied premises and operational responsibilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Previous experience in caretaking, maintenance, facilities support, or property supervision is preferred.
