About the Role

Signature Dwellings is expanding its Pre-Sales team for residential projects in Bengaluru.

We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to manage leads from the first point of contact through qualification, follow-ups, and confirmation of site visits. The role will focus on converting enquiries into quality site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to marketing-generated, channel-sourced, and walk-in leads.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and purchase intent.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers and generate quality site visits.
- Manage the complete pre-sales process from lead qualification to site-visit confirmation.
- Maintain accurate lead information, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing and channel partner teams to ensure timely lead flow.
- Ensure a smooth handover of qualified, site-visit-ready leads to the sales team.




- Track and analyse lead funnel performance, including call-to-visit conversion, follow-ups, response time, and drop-offs.
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up discipline to maximise lead conversion.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Management, or Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in residential real estate is preferred.
- Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
- Ability to work with sales, marketing, and channel partner teams.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
