We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions, manage data effectively, and contribute to improved customer engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle both inbound and outbound call processes efficiently.
- Maintain and manage customer data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Analyze customer insights, buying behavior, and predictive patterns to support better segmentation, profile targeting, and product positioning.
- Ensure timely reporting and generate MIS reports for business and campaign performance.




- Maintain high-quality call standards and ensure excellent on-call customer experience.
- Service and follow up on leads generated through ATL and BTL marketing activities, driving productivity in terms of walk-ins and bookings.

Requirements

- Candidates must have a background in Interior or Real Estate, with 0–6 years of experience.
- Must have a positive attitude and be goal-oriented.
- Strong communication and convincing skills are essential.
- Excellent conversational abilities and strong customer service skills.
- Must be fluent in a minimum of four languages: English, Hindi.
- Proficient in Excel and able to work with various reports.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and good knowledge of data mining and analysis tools.
