Handle inbound/outbound calls with customers & provide information about projects. Schedule site visits & ensure proper follow-up. Maintain records of customer interactions, enquiries, follow-ups, & conversions. Generate, qualify, & nurture leads.
Required Candidate profile
Experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
