Role & responsibilities

- Handle agreements including NDAs, contracts, amendments, and addendums.

- Draft and manage MOUs with customers for short-term and one-time business arrangements.

- Manage end-to-end customer and vendor onboarding documentation and verification.

- Track contract start dates, expiry timelines, renewals, amendments, and addendums.

- Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, Pricing, and Operations teams for contract-related requirements and clauses.

- Ensure timely execution, dispatch, filing, and maintenance of contractual documents.

- Manage bank guarantees, indemnity bonds, green certificates, insurance and liability claims.

- Identify and manage risks related to contract termination, liabilities, and unresolved obligations.

- Coordinate tender document collection and work with internal teams for review and processing.





- Ensure accurate documentation and proper execution of agreements on stamp papers.

- Provide explicit updates and respond to stakeholder queries related to agreements and documentation.

- Ensure proper handover of executed contracts to the operations team with an understanding of customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: LLB (Bachelor of Law) Mandatory

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience

- Strong understanding of contracts, agreements, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
