Kuber Grow Finance is looking for confident and target-oriented individuals to join its sales team. The role involves connecting with prospective investors, explaining Pre-IPO investment opportunities, building client relationships, and converting qualified leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective investors and generate quality leads.
- Explain Pre-IPO investment opportunities and the company’s offerings clearly and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client queries and provide accurate, relevant information.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects and support the sales conversion process.
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to the team’s business goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal,
and convincing skills.
- A background in Finance, Investment, Banking, or the Stock Market will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or client handling will be an advantage.
- Freshers with robust communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
